Brewers Hall of Famer Robin Yount, who didn't make an appearance in spring training last year after resigning as bench coach the previous fall, will take part in this camp as an unofficial outfield instructor.

"I've already talked to Robin and he's going to be coming here," confirmed manager Ned Yost.

Yount, who lives in the area, is expected to aid outfield coach Ed Sedar as Ryan Braun makes the transition from third base to left field. Yost said he expects former Brewer Gorman Thomas to check in at some point as well, and possibly Jim Gantner.

It's good to see that Bruan will have the best to help him to learn to play the outfield and to have Yount working with the Brewers again has to be a good thing.
