Phoenix -- New Brewers centerfielder Mike Cameron was a little late but did arrive at spring training four days before position players had to report.

He was not in the clubhouse earlier this morning when all of the other eight projected starters were there, eating breakfast and dressing. He did show up around 10:45 a.m. (Phoenix time) and hit the field about 10 minutes after the rest of the players were already stretching.

Phoenix -- On the first official workout day for pitchers and catchers, some unexpected faces showed up four days early.

Several of the Brewers position players reported Monday morning even though they didn't have to be here until Friday, with the first official workout happening Saturday. Going down the Brewers' expected starting lineup, each position player is here with the exception of new centerfielder Mike Cameron.
