    "3TO" is back for his second stint in the Brewers organisation.
    As you say, it's good to have Major League experience available should the injury bug bite.

    It's only a Minor League deal and he don't get a spring training invite and will play at Nashville but It's great having a Player of his Talent to call on if on the off chance injuries happen god forbid.

    MILWAUKEE (TICKER) —The Milwaukee Brewers signed third baseman-outfielder Russell Branyan to a minor league contract Wednesday.

    The well-traveled Branyan spent time with three different teams last season, finishing with the St. Louis Cardinals. He hit a combined .196 with 10 home runs and 26 RBI with the Philadelphia Phillies, San Diego Padres and the Cardinals.
