  • Iron Man Opens this weekend, but I think we already saw him

Yovani Gallardo is Iron Man. Comes back from surgery in less than a month, and after what looks like hyper-extending his knee, in the most gruesome thing I've seen all season, he gets right back up and pitches. I love this guy.

At the time you don't think much of it; you know, we just don't recognize the significant moments of our lives while they're happening. Back then I thought, 'Well, there'll be other days.' I didn't realize that that was the only day." - Moonlight Graham

Yovani had surgery today, and starts rehabing tomorrow ... and he's saying he'll be back by September.

I heard he was out for the season, then maybe not, then definitely out for the season, and now, back for the division race. I think you'd be better off picking out of a hat.

Possibly, but he's already proven he can come back from surgery pretty quickly, and a guy of his physical build can recover mighty fast.
