Richie Sexson, Mike Caldwell, Gorman Thomas, Dave Nillson, Prince Fielder, Corey Hart? Just curious, you could make a case for all sorts of players, stats, longevity, etc.

Charlie Moore was all hustle and guts, I'd put him on my 25 man roster.

I would have to go Surhoff as the catcher.

"I have the ultimate respect for Whitesox fans. They were as miserable as the Cubs and Redsox fans ever were but always had the good decency to keep it to themselves. And when they finally won the World Series, they celebrated without annoying every other fan in the country."--Jim Caple, ESPN (Jan. 12, 2011)

I was just thinking about starting a thread in the History subforum on the American League Milwaukee Brewers. Just curious if we still have any Brewer fans here that would prefer to get it rolling first?

As far as this thread goes, I see a lot of missing players. Some were mentioned above, so pardon me for duplicating some of the names. . .

          Ted Simmons
          Stormin' Gorman Thomas
          Mike Caldwell
          Pete Ladd
          Mark Clear
          Don Money
          Charlie Moore
          John Jaha
          Jeromy Burnitz
          Fernando Vina
          Greg Vaughn
          BJ Surhoff
          Rob Deer
          Pete Vuckovich

It hurts to look at the OP. No Stormin' Gorman makes my brain not work so well.
