Scho threw either one and two thirds scoreless or two scoreless before they brought in Jorge Sosa to face one batter. Sosa threw a grand total of one pitch and wound up getting the win.

I agree. Figgy has earned his chance. Let's see how he does. Vargas making it to Shea is probably three weeks hence.

Figgy will probably get his chance. The Mets want to see how C. Vargas does against AAA hitting, I'm sure.

Well, in case that no one noticed, but Vargas agrees to minor league deal with Mets.

IMO a good insurance move for another experienced 5th arm out of AAA.
