  • Big West Coast trip coming up

    What do you guys think?

West Coast trips in the past have proved pretty good for us.. Especially out in Arizona, where the Mets have played very well..

This years Zona team though, has the best record in baseball and we are going to have to hit vs Owings, Webb and Haren

Then we are in LA to play a Dodgers team that has been playing well, winning 5 in a row...

So will this be the start of a hot stretch for the Mets or will this be a killer road trip...

As bad as the Mets are playing, they are only ½ a game out of 1st...

Can you say 1-5 road trip?

Alou should be activated for tonites game. Schnieder's not ready, so they'll probably put him on the 15 day DL retroactively, to make room. If so, we won't see him until next Thursday.

Curious to see where Randolph bats him. I like Church in the 2 spot, Alou 5, Delgado 6. I think it's more likely he bats 6th. If so, is Willie bold enough to go Church 5, Delgado 7 ?

I heard that Alou will probably be hitting #5, Church #6 and Delgado dropped to #7...

Looks like we were both off. He went Church 2 Alou 5, Delgado 6. I hope he leaves Church in at 2, I love watching this guy hit.
