  • Brian Wilson (Fear the Beard)

Worked out for the Mets. I say why not? The guy was an All Star two years ago. I'd take a chance. Cant be much worse than what we had last year in the pen.

Amazing we agree on most issues...this isnt one of them. Brian Wilson has become a cartoon character. I pass because of the injury history and because I already have the Cartoon Network included in my cable package.

I'd take him...thus continuing the tradition of my disagreeing with Pauly.

I've seen him in a lot of Dodger/Giants games, definitely worth taking a chance on IF the price is right.

Shouldn't pay too much for a reliever coming back from Tommy John surgery, but if we can get him for cheap (or relatively-cheap) I'd go for it.

              I can't stand Brian Wilson.
"No matter how great you were once upon a time — the years go by, and men forget,” - W. A. Phelon in Baseball Magazine in 1915. “Ross Barnes, forty years ago, was as great as Cobb or Wagner ever dared to be. Had scores been kept then as now, he would have seemed incomparably marvelous.”

I would take him, whatever he does obviously does not keep his teams from winning...at times, his antics may even bringing a calming effect to the clubhouse

Too risky coming off of his injuries.

His antics are asinine. If they calm the clubhouse...thent he clubhouse needs to be reevaluated. He has become a caricature. If he was to become a Met I would root for him to get lit up every outing until he was gone.
