I'm just going to throw out some names here that i believe are closest to major leagues ready. I Will try to rank them in a subsequent post.
Starting Pitchers: Jon Pettibone, Trevor May, Julio Rodriguez, Ethan Martin, Austin Hyatt
Relief Pitchers: J.C. Ramirez, Mike Cisco, Tyler Knigge, Justin Friend
Catchers: Sebastian Valle, Tommy Joseph
Infielders: Cesar Hernandez, Cody Overbeck, Cody Asche, Troy Hanzawa
Outfielder/First Baseman: Darin Ruf
Outfielders: Tyson Gillies, Steve Susdorf, Leandro Castro, Kyle Hudson
I'll do one ranking for now : #21 - Jesse Biddle - starting pitcher - placed just outside of the top 20 to emphasize that seeing him in a Phillies uniform at any time other than Spring Training is a real long shot.. Biddle is the only player I'd consider capable of reaching the Phillies before 2014 that finished the 2012 season below the AA level. With an unwavering confidence the front office has shown in him it's possible that he could spend about half of next season in AA followed by the second half in AAA and receive a September callup by the Phillies.
OF- Kyle Hudson, with a couple of weeks in the majors with Baltimore in 2011, is the only player on the list who has spent any time in the majors.
