  • Will the Pirates win more than 10 games the rest of the year?

    I understand that non of the players the Pirates traded would have been here next season, but tearing apart the teams only strength does not say much for this team again. I guess they are not going to even pretend they are going to get better this season. I watched other small market teams contend year after year, and the Pirates seem to be getting worse, even now with talent improving.

    If this is a serious question: yes, they will win at least 10 more games this year. If it was only a segue into a discussion about how bad the team is...can't help you there.

      Actually this was both. They have no bullpen. Weak starters, and poor clutch hitting. It was only slightly facetious. They could possibly get out together, but they show no signs of doing so.
