  • how many errors this season?

giants fielding the past 2 seasons breaks down like this:

    2004 / 2005 errors:
    c - 3 / 4
    1b: 9 / 9
    2b: 21 / 13
    3b: 17 / 14
    ss: 21 / 10
    lf: 4 / 10
    cf: 4 / 10
    rf: 8 / 9
    p: 14 / 11

    101 / 90

the dependable middle infield lead the way to 2005's slightly better numbers.
how many errors for the giants this season?

C- should be about the same
      1B- slightly higher w/o Snow playing part-timeh
2B- somewhere in between, closer to 13 than 21
SS- Omar should get a few more games off-expect a slight spike
      3B- Feliz doesn't make a lot of errors when he's at 3B/1B
LF- w/ Bonds & Finley this number should fall to 5-7
CF- Winn for a full season will make all the difference, no more Ellison
      RF-
      P- similar

      I'm going w/ 88

        RF-

on grounders to the outfield, alou all-too-often pulls his body up before he gloves the ball.
he could use some button drills.
