Mauricio Dubon is not a major leaguer

Clueless in basic fundamentals and that includes hitting, baserunning and fielding

Reminds me of Eugenio Velez although Dubon is slightly more talented

not an asset but a liability

The Daren Ruf is hitting into bad luck is BS

He constantly takes strike one with a straight fastball getting a good part of the plate

Then he swings at pitches out of the strike zone, and flails at strike 3 or hits an easy out

This will not change

Well, 8-3 on a LONG roadtrip is pretty darn good. Had to love last nights win over the BrewCrew with the late Gonzalez 2 run dinger. Oh, and Joc Pederson is just killing it out there. What a great signing

On KNBR this morning they were talking about Joc Pederson and all the best Dodger-turned-Giants players from the past. They mentioned Reggie Smith and Candy Maldanado!

The Giants take 2 of 3 from the Marlins. It's great seeing both Bart ands Ramos in the majors. It's time for the prospects to make some noise. Hopefully, this is just the beginning. The Giants have some great arms in the minors coming up.

You'd think all the pundits would have learned from last year not to underestimate this team. Yet pundit after pundit is picking them for 83 wins or less. The Giants have a very good pitching staff, which will keep them in a lot of games. By and large the team plays very good defense (now that Dickerson and Bryant are gone) which will also keep them in games. And I believe that they will get timely hitting. No, they wont get 107 wins again, but they will easily be a playoff team IMO
