Barry Bonds' offseason just took another dip.
Barry Bonds is going to sue the two writers from the San Fransisco Chronicle claiming that he consumed steroids in the past couple of seasons.
Bonds says that these two writers are only looking to make a fat profit out of ''Game of Shadows'' (coming to stores Opening Day).
He is also going to sue Sports Illustrated for realeasing exceprts of the book and he is also going to sue the San Fransisco Chronicle including its two writers,
This is a very logical decision, Barry wants to defend himself, no question about it.
He wants to prove that he is not a steroid-abuser, since we already know he is a user.
But what does he want to prove with this move, he's not just going to march into court with a bunch of papers and a millionaire lawyer on his side, No, this time he'll make a show out of it I guarrantee you.
Here's my interpretation of what he'll say:
1) He'll state that the elements in the book are false and inacurrate
Naturally, anyone would defend themselves and he'll spit out this sentence no doubt about it.
2) ''There's more to life than baseball'' He already said this
True, steroids are not a part of life
3) They have no proof that Bonds took steroids.
Now this could be interesting, we'll have to wait and see...
If according to Bonds, there's more to life than baseball, then why?
Why is he playing the sport if there's more to life than it.
Barry, go back to school.
Learn how to speak, what steroids are and not to dress up as Paula Abdul.
Bud Selig doesn't need another phone call...(or does he?)
Any comments here will be added to my blog...
