    GO BUSTER!

Buster Posey is having an amazing comeback year. Tonight in the Arena Baseball Field he had four hits including a home run. His average is up to .325 with a SA well over .500.

His splits are kinda weird .350 with 4 HR at home and .287 with 10 HR on the road (not yet counting his 4x5 HR game tonight). He is also up to 65 RBI.

He was a little squirrelly defensively at the beginning of the season but seems to have settled in. The Giants are glad to have him back.

yes. Buster is the best player in SF. If he can stay at catcher I think he can win an MVP award in the future. really good hitter and good catcher too.
I now have my own non commercial blog about training for batspeed and power using my training experience in baseball and track and field.

thanks for movng this to the Giants thread (not) where Giants fans are well aware of what Posey is doing, for the rest of the fans who live on the east coast and don't see west coast highlights and don't visit this thread, they will never see or know what Posey is accomplishing

      ???????????????????

Just an FYI. Buster has a chance to become just the second SF Giants catcher with a 100 RBI season. Dick Dietz had 107 RBI in 1970. Go Buster!!!!!
Strikeouts are boring! Besides that, they're fascist. Throw some ground balls - it's more democratic.-Crash Davis

Since the All Star Break, Buster Posey is batting .463 with 5 HR and 22 RBI

but dont post that in the current events area because it might be national news and we dont want other fans to know about the incredible recovery from injury

but a rag arm 37 year old who lives in new york and has a great 12 weeks is ok to talk about in current events all day long

one of the worst injuries in recent baseball history (not a tommy john surgery) but a viscious home plate collission is not ok to post there

          sheesh
