tailgating around busch?

hi guys - quick question. are there any good places to tailgate around the stadium? my friends and i want to set up downtown somewhere on saturday and listen to the cardinal on the radio while tailgating and then head over to scottrade for the blues playoff game. any lots allow this? we'd be cooking, so i don't want to run into any problems because i have an open flame... i already checked with scottrade's garage, union station's lot, and the lot next to union station. they're all off limits to stuff like this, so i am hoping busch is more accommodating.
