YBF, I think a lot of Dodger fans, would love to have the dodgers back in Brooklyn. Some are either afraid to say it or dare to dream it. John forsythe used to belong to a group who believed the dodgers belonged in Brooklyn They also endeavoured and sought ways to bring it about.
When I was in the service in 59 we were stationed in California and I saw the games at the coliseum, (I went because, the duke, Gil, sandy and even pee wee were still there. My mom sent me my Brooklyn cap because I refused to buy the La cap and I wasn't the only one.
Younger people I knew in the 70's and 80's when first seeing the Brooklyn cap would ask is the B for "bake" then I would tell them all about the brooks. In the last ten to fifteen years more young people seem to already know. it's a great thing. battling bake, the dodger dynamo

But thanks goodness, not all LALA fans are like that. When I was in Dodgers Stadium in 1995, I wore my Brooklyn Dodgers T-shirt and cap. I was sitting to a young guy (maybe 24) and he really liked them. So probably that is someone who is NOT ignoring the REAL Dogers.

Guest repliedJOVE23, you must be a unlucky charm for the LALALALALA Dodgers. You made the Braves beat the left coast group.

Oh well, a friend suggested I write "Is Podres Pitching?" on the back, so I have that to fall back on.

LA had one of the most famous trolley systems in the country, and the LA trolleys, the famous Red Cars, ironically were still in operation for several years after the last trolley in Brooklyn stopped running. http://www.usc.edu/libraries/archive...toric/redcars/
But have fun with your sign.

I'm going to the LA game tonight
They decided to show their faces in Atlanta, so I decided I'm gonna stir the pot a little.
How does this meet with your approval?
