      One of the rare natives of New Brunswick in the majors (Matt Stairs being the most prominent and current).

      He was also one of the younger men on the list of Dodger survivors...

        Billy Harris was the best friend anybody could ever hope for!! A kind man with a passion for relating Brooklyn Dodgers stories all the while maintaining the respect and dignity of his former team mates. He was my best friend here in Kennewick Wa. Billy's Bullpen is not the same without him and never will be.
